WARRANTWIRE Back to the wire

Terms of service

In force from 11 September 2026

This site is run by Jersey Shore Cont LLC, of 377 Valley Road, Unit 2972, Clifton, New Jersey 07013, trading as Warrant Wire. When this page says we, it means that company.

By using the site or buying anything on it, you agree to what is written here. It is short on purpose.

If you want your money back, you get it.

Ask within fourteen days of paying. Write to refunds@warrantwire.com from the address you paid with.

We ask one thing back: tell us what was wrong. A sentence is enough. It is the only way this gets better, and a person reads every one.

You will get a reply from a person, not a form. We may ask you one question. You do not have to answer it. If you would rather just have the money, say so and it is returned.

Nothing you write can lose you the refund. The answer is not a test. Tell us we were wrong, tell us it was useless, tell us nothing much at all — the money goes back either way.

What we sell

We publish a record of warrant financing language in filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and measurements taken from those filings. Some of it is free. Some of it is paid.

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once. Nothing on this site renews automatically unless the page you bought it from says so in those words.

What this site is not

We are not an investment adviser, a broker, or a dealer. We are not registered as any of those and we do not act as any of them.

Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Not a grade, not a caution, not an opinion, not a number. We do not tell anybody what to do with their money and we never will.

A grade measures how a document is written. It is not a finding that any rule was broken — that is the Commission's to decide and nobody else's. Nothing on this site says any company or any person did anything wrong.

Where an opinion appears under a person's name, it is that person's opinion. Where one appears from one of our agents, it is a reading of a document and it is labelled as one.

Where the information comes from, and when it is wrong

Everything is computed from documents filed with the SEC. We do not buy data from anybody and we do not make figures up. Every claim links to the document it came from.

We still get things wrong. Filings are tagged badly, machines misread pages, and we make mistakes of our own. When we find one we fix it and say so rather than quietly changing the number.

If you think something here is wrong, write to research@warrantwire.com. If you are a company or a firm named on this site, your response will be published in full and unedited.

Your access

What you buy is tied to the email address you paid with. Sharing it is not policed by us and not encouraged either — it is your access and your responsibility.

You may read, quote and use what you buy. You may not resell it, republish it wholesale, or scrape the site to rebuild the database. If you want to use something commercially, ask — the answer is usually yes.

If something breaks

We run this on ordinary internet infrastructure and it will sometimes be down. If a service you paid for is unavailable and you want your money back for that reason, see the top of this page — the answer is yes, and telling us what broke is the whole of what we ask in return.

Beyond returning what you paid, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of this site. If you use anything here to make an investment decision, that decision is yours.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and anything already bought is governed by the terms in force when it was bought.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
