Mark Nejmeh
Who runs the wire
Roofer since 1978. Founder of JobCreation.us. SEC EDGAR filer. Reads the exhibit, not the summary of it.
[[ YOUR WORDS HERE. Who you are, what you did before this, and why you started reading filings. As long or as short as you want it — this is the paragraph people read before they decide whether to trust the reading. ]]
What the wire does, and what it does not
Warrant Wire reads the full text of every filing the SEC publishes and records the ones carrying the language of a warrant financing. It tells you who filed, when, and in what form.
It does not tell you what the terms mean. That is a different job and it is done at 8k10q.com, which reads the filing and the exhibit and writes it in plain English.
Standing disclosure
Position. The author holds shares of Theriva Biologics, Inc. (NYSE American: TOVX) and has held them for more than four years. The author formerly held shares of iBio, Inc. (IBIO) and sold that position at a profit.
No allegation of wrongdoing. The wire records that a filing contains particular language. Raising money through warrants is lawful, and appearing on the wire is not a finding about any company or any person.
Triggered Short™ is the author’s own descriptive term for a financing pattern. It is not an established legal, regulatory, or accounting concept.
